The Job Coach will collaborate with employers to foster an inclusive work environment, provide on-site training and support, and advocate for accommodations when necessary. Additionally, they will monitor progress, offer constructive feedback, and ensure clients achieve their employment goals while promoting independence and self-sufficiency.This role requires strong communication, patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive in the workforce.Education and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma2 years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or ASDValid Driver's License and Car Insurance Physical Requirements:The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
