We're looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly. If you or someone you know is searching for a long-term opportunity with a strong, reputable organization, this could be a great fit.
This role reports directly to our customer site in New Holland, PA. Living nearby is a plus, but not required.
What We're Looking For:
A reliable professional who can work a consistent 11:00am7:00pm schedule, with occasional morning or evening shifts when needed
Someone who can oversee day porters and evening porters to ensure quality standards are met
A "working supervisor" mindset willing to jump in, clean when needed, and support floor work
Strong problem-solving and light handyman abilities
Bilingual skills are a plus
Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we'll help)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations and support staff
Manage consumables/supply control
Perform weekly safety inspections (including eye wash stations)
Replace or repair lighting and ensure emergency exit signage is operational
High-dusting tasks using lifts
Maintain and refresh facility items such as shower curtains and countertop coatings
Support additional facility needs as they arise
