We are seeking a dependable and motivated Converter Operator / Adjuster Assistant to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in machine setup, quality control, production efficiency, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Converter Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.00 to $18.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 07:00pm )

Assist with machine setup, operation, and job changeovers.
Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate production.
Verify counts, labels, and product specifications before and during production runs.
Stage materials and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
Monitor print quality and product appearance throughout production.
Cover machine operations during Adjuster breaks and assist with production flow.

Converter Operator Qualifications:

Manufacturing, machine operator, converting, printing, or production experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
