Our employees are the foundation of our success, and we're committed to providing a supportive, rewarding, and growth-oriented environment.QAD is searching for full time operators of our CNC Swiss Style Lathe, CNC Mill Machines, and Wire EDM Machines to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesLearn, comprehend, and understand mechanical blueprintsLearn calibration procedures and how to use digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other measurement tools as neededPerform part inspections with a high level of attention to detailPerform scheduled maintenance plans for all machinesKeep work areas safe, productive, and cleanSupport a team approach with a strong work ethicWork varying schedules, which may include day or night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and some holidaysQualificationsAbility to learn and apply mechanical blueprint reading and precision measurementGreat attention to detail for accurate part inspectionsAbility to lift and move up to 70 lbs. independentlyFanuc control experience is a plusCNC mill or CNC screw machine operation experience is a plusWire EDM operation experience is a plusWillingness and flexibility to work on varying schedules, including potential shift work and holidaysStrong work ethic and team-oriented mindsetBenefitsWe offer group medical insurance after 90 days of full-time employment.Nine paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.Eligible to participate in a 401(k)-retirement plan, with company matching, after 1 year of full-time employment.Full-time employees have access to company equipment such as bows, indoor range, and outdoor 3D range after 90 days of full-time employment.
