Laser OperatorQAD is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating laser engraving machines to produce high-quality, custom-engraved products.Quality Archery Designs (QAD) has been manufacturing innovative and high-quality archery accessories in Madison Heights, VA since 1992. Our employees are the foundation of our success, and we're committed to providing a supportive, rewarding, and growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate laser engraving equipmentRun jobs according to specifications and production scheduleEnsure engraved products meet quality standardsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance on laser machinesTroubleshoot minor equipment issuesMaintain a clean and organized workstationReport to the production supervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious experience as a Laser Operator or Laser Engraver preferredFamiliarity with EZCADZ (YAG) and/or CORELDRAW (CO2) software is a plusAbility to interpret technical drawings and file specificationsExcellent attention to detail and precisionStrong communication and teamwork skillsBenefitsGroup medical insurance (eligible after 90 days)9 paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick leave401(k) with company match (after 1 year)Access to company archery equipment and ranges (after 90 days)
