MSRs are required to work together as a successful team to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring all department service standards are achieved. The MSR assists external customers with TranZact, Catalyst Corporates online account management system, account information, problem resolution, research requests, and system training. Internal customers utilize MSRs for research requests, member outreach for information updates or system alerts, and TranZact training.
