Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customised therapy plans. Apply advanced play‑based and naturalistic therapy techniques. Document and track each child’s development meticulously. Guide children’s progress toward educational and social success. Embody core values—compassion, trustworthiness, courage, and commitment—in a supportive team environment. Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Physical ability to lift/carry ">50 lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, sit for extended periods, and move quickly between positions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred. Background check and drug test required at hire (safety priority). Salary $18.00‑$21.00 per hour.
