As a Security Officer Armed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving position combines customer service, clear communication, and sound judgment while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, offices, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least five years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
