Inside Sales Customer Success Manager (Northwest)

Inside sales role focused on selling service products including warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, and qualifications to customers in the Northwest territory. The position involves building customer relationships, managing contract renewals, and achieving sales targets while providing regional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Sell service products such as warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, and qualifications
• Manage contract renewals by tracking deadlines, developing proposals, and following up with customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through meetings, calls, and email communications
• Collaborate with internal Service Contract Specialists and Service leaders to support assigned customers
• Prepare sales reports, statistics, and forecast summaries to track progress toward financial goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities and close deals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to engage across hierarchical levels
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and time management capabilities
• Knowledge of instrumental analytics and life sciences industry
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP ERP, and CRM systems
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight travel

Compensation: $22.26–$33.39 hourly
