Airside Compliance Analyst (P2)

Job Title

Position Summary:

Utilizing expert knowledge in airside operations to ensure safe aircraft handling. Promote DHL training methods and best demonstrated practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to coach airside safety and procedures compliance with motivational and developmental feedback. Maintain productive and positive relationships with Operations Management while working alongside Airside teams for continuous compliance improvements. Must be able to perform all basic functions within Airside Operations and demonstrate best practices as outlined in AGOM and Americas Regional training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Observe and review compliant ground handling.
2. Participate in developing digital content geared towards safe aircraft handling.
3. Communicate findings and actions in a timely manner, daily/weekly follow-up.
4. Ensure strict adherence to ground handling procedures.
5. Liaise with Operations Management to ensure safe operations.
6. Maintain current knowledge of Airside Operations per GSAM.
7. Ability to perform and demonstrate all basic Airside Operations tasks.
8. Ability to work alongside agents within the operation while auditing and coaching.

Qualifications:

CVG Operations experience required.

• High degree of self-motivation.

Must be able to work as a team with internal and external customers.

Strong communication skills.

Current in AARSTT, RLVP, GSC.

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, basic report writing)
• Ability to travel (20%).
