Position Overview:

Apollo Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a full-time   BCBA Recruiter . This unique role blends clinical expertise with talent acquisition, playing a key role in identifying and hiring top BCBA talent to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit and hire qualified,   external   BCBAs across Georgia to meet company staffing needs.


• Conduct candidate sourcing, resume review, screening, and interviews.


• Represent Apollo Behavior at career fairs, conferences, and BCBA networking events.


• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate pipelines and outreach activity, using our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.


• Provide insight into hiring needs and market trends based on clinical experience.


• Serve as a brand ambassador for Apollo, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and career opportunities.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification and license to practice in Georgia  (required)


• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a BCBA


• Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills


• Previous experience in recruitment or hiring preferred but not required


• Willingness to travel occasionally within Georgia
