Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

We here at Greater Goals ABA are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team.

Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments

Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.

Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required

Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings

Strong data collection and analysis skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
