We are looking for a Technical Implementation & Sales Specialist to join our Miami office.

This is a unique role combining software development knowledge, technical implementation, client communication, and business development . We are looking for someone with a strong technical education who can quickly develop a deep understanding of VIZBL's technology and confidently communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep technical understanding of the VIZBL platform, including augmented reality, 3D visualization, AI Try-On, APIs, SDKs, and web integrations .
• Work with inbound leads to understand both their business requirements and technical environment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain VIZBL's technology to executives, e-commerce teams, developers, and other technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value and practical solutions for prospective clients.
• Help clients understand how VIZBL can be integrated into their websites and existing e-commerce infrastructure.
• Answer technical implementation questions and work closely with VIZBL's engineering team on more complex requirements.
• Support clients throughout the technical implementation process and help ensure successful launches.
• Identify the right VIZBL products and implementation approach for each client's specific use case.
• Manage and follow up with inbound opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including client communication, opportunity stages, follow-ups, and next steps.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and web technologies.
• Ability to understand and work with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and technical documentation.
• Strong interest in AI, augmented reality, 3D technologies, computer vision, and e-commerce technology.
• Exceptional communication skills — you should be equally comfortable discussing implementation with a developer and explaining business value to a CEO or business owner.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day in addition to handling inbound opportunities.
• Ability to learn complex technologies quickly and take ownership of client questions and implementation needs.
• Previous experience in a technical client-facing, solutions engineering, implementation, technical sales, or SaaS role is a strong advantage.
• Must be able to work in person from our Miami office.

At VIZBL, you'll work directly with emerging technologies across augmented reality, AI-powered Try-On, 3D visualization, and e-commerce integrations, while playing an important role in both client success and business growth.

This is not a traditional customer support role. It is a technical, client-facing, and commercially driven position with significant responsibility for both implementation and business development.
