Contract and Procurement Analyst

Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Civil Law Division Supervisor, the Contract and Procurement Analyst (Analyst I) is responsible for managing and preparing purchase orders and requisition forms, overseeing IT contracts and software licenses, maintaining legal periodical subscriptions, and supporting budgetary monitoring and fiscal drills. The analyst provides consultative services, analytical support, and problem‑resolution assistance to management regarding subscriptions, IT contracts, and other fiscal and budgetary matters, and offers backup support to other staff within the Civil Executive Unit. Working Conditions In‑office attendance is required up to two days a week for meetings, trainings, and operational needs. Advance notice will be provided when possible. Minimum Requirements Classification: Analyst I Salary: $3,861.00 – $6,276.00 per month (minimum for new‑to‑state; alternate ranges available). Location & Work Arrangement Work Location: Division of Civil Law, Executive Unit, Sacramento, CA. Telework: Hybrid (in‑office and remote). Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Department Information This position is located in the Division of Civil Law, Executive Unit.
