Corporate Paralegal

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a busy corporate and transactional practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 4-8 years of corporate paralegal experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing entity maintenance, transactions, and corporate governance matters. Contract and Work Arrangement Full-Time | Hybrid Eligible Responsibilities Prepare and file entity formation, qualification, and governance documents for corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations Maintain corporate records, minute books, annual filings, and ownership information Assist attorneys with mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions, including closing coordination and document management Support due diligence efforts by organizing, reviewing, and tracking corporate records and transaction materials Prepare and monitor state filings, UCC filings, and other business-related registrations Maintain organized client files and electronic document repositories Qualifications 4-8 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or transactional legal practice Experience in a law firm environment Bachelor's degree Experience with DocuSign, Carta, or similar corporate recordkeeping platforms preferred Familiarity with legal technology and workflow tools is a plus (BlueSky) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 - $110,000 Bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and paid holidays Hybrid work schedule available Salary Detail Salary: Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
