Job Description

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events.

In this role, you will work closely with the events team to help ensure that every event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with people, and eager to develop professionally within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and coordination of events
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Coordinate event materials, supplies, schedules, and logistics
• Communicate professionally with clients, guests, vendors, and team members
• Help ensure event spaces are organized and presentation-ready
• Provide on-site support during events and company activities
• Assist with guest registration and attendee coordination when required
• Maintain accurate event information, schedules, and documentation
• Identify and communicate potential logistical issues to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines and event objectives are met
• Provide excellent customer and guest service throughout each event
• Support additional event-related and administrative tasks as needed
