City First Enterprises (CFE) seeks an experienced Chief Credit Officer to lead credit risk management, underwriting, portfolio oversight, and governance. Reporting to the CEO, the CCO owns credit policies, approval processes, risk-rating discipline, and reporting on loan portfolio status to leadership and the board.
The ideal candidate balances prudent risk management with borrower-centered community development lending, bringing deep experience in commercial lending and affordable housing/CRE
