Recruiter Trainee: Launch Your Sourcing & Hiring Career

Amergis is recruiting for a Recruiter Trainee Program designed to develop sourcing, screening, selecting and placing skills. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26/hour during training (approximately 13 weeks). After successful completion, you are promoted to Recruiter 1 with a base salary of $52,500 and uncapped commissions. You will manage daily workloads across recruiting, operations, reporting and meetings, collaborating in a fast-paced team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Amergis
