Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams. Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations. Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals. Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business. Ability to balance strategic leadership with involvement in critical project and operational issues. Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology preferred.
