Employment Attorney

McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who is ready to take meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and provide practical, strategic guidance on a broad range of workplace issues. The attorney will counsel clients on matters involving discipline, termination, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, accommodations, employee relations, and related employment matters. The role may also include representing clients before state and local administrative agencies, drafting and reviewing employment policies, employment agreements, and separation agreements, and assisting with internal investigations. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background.
