Technical Business AnalystArlington Heights, Illinois, United StatesAbout the JobJob Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Arlington Heights, IL (3 days Onsite) Experience: 8+ YearsAbout the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile development methodologies, software development lifecycles, and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and product management.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering sessions, document user stories, and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements.Convert technical & architecture user stories into well-defined engineering tasks.Plan and maintain user stories and technical tasks ahead of 2-3 sprints.Identify user personas and define functional requirements accordingly.Work closely with business stakeholders to manage scope creep, assess feasibility, and provide level of effort analysis.Ensure ticket backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.Coordinate across multiple enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams.Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, SDLC, Testing).Experience in defining epics, stories, and tasks for client-facing products.Proven ability to work in large matrix organizations with multiple teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Agile certification (preferred).AWS certification (a plus).If you're a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
