Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 cases from initiation through trial, with the support of a full-time paralegal. This role involves representing clients in personal injury cases and requires a strong commitment to justice. Duties Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury cases. Supervise and collaborate with an assigned paralegal. Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts. Prepare and respond to written discovery and motions. Advocate for clients in court proceedings. Requirements Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado. Minimum of 4 years' experience in personal injury litigation. Proficiency in the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Colorado. Skills Excellent litigation and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
