As a Stewarding Manager , you’re not just overseeing daily stewarding operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Run efficient Back of House operations: Oversee daily back of house functions, ensuring smooth operations, consistent standards, and well-maintained facilities to support kitchen and dining teams Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment Ensure cleanliness and compliance: Maintain back of house, food and beverage outlets, and team dining areas to the highest sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Manage equipment and resources: Ensure proper operation, storage, and availability of all machinery and equipment; promptly address maintenance needs and support inventory control Support event and service delivery: Collaborate with banqueting and culinary teams to ensure the timely preparation and flow of equipment and supplies for functions and daily operations Optimize operations: Monitor costs, implement efficiency strategies, and identify opportunities to enhance resource utilization while maintaining service quality Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
