Recreation Manager - Hilton Anatole

The prestigious Hilton Anatole is looking for their next Recreation Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations. Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1600 rooms 600000 square feet of banquet space and 6 food and beverage outlets - 3 restaurants a marketplace in-room dining and a seasonal water park. This position reports into the Director of Recreation and helps oversee a large team of up to 70+. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy leader who has experience in a high-volume operation and a talent for mentoring others. Directs and oversees the marketing programs and operation of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in accordance with local state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff. Manages all financial aspects of the operation including profitability forecasting budgeting purchasing and inventory control.
