Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grand Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments of individuals experiencing varying mental health challenges, including substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet client needs and preferences.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards for patient privacy and care.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide coordinated care and comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of care we deliver to clients.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting diverse client populations ranging from adolescents to adults who are navigating challenges associated with mental illness and substance use. By utilizing trauma-informed approaches, you will help clients understand their experiences and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
