This position is entirely remote, offering you flexibility in managing your work-life balance. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule while providing therapy. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs, employing methods grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals to track progress and adjust therapies as necessary.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources, including but not limited to financial aid, stable housing, and community services.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention for clients in distress, utilizing your training to handle acute cases involving suicidal ideation, substance use crises, or severe trauma responses.

• Engage in outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular supervisory meetings, receiving ongoing mentoring for both clinical and personal development growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
