Come join our team and help enrich the lives of children and your own clinical growth. Job Requirements Have experience in the field of autism and special needs, education, mental health or ABA. Minimum BA/BS with 6 months - 1 year of experience with ABA; BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, school psychology, education, special education, ABA, or related field. Available primarily 2pm-7pm multiple days per week with potential for morning hours; able to maintain consistent availability and schedule; commit to 1 year of employment. Possess strong clinical insight and critical thinking skills. Bilingual speaking therapists highly desired. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and driver's insurance. Job Responsibilities Be fun, energetic, and motivating for the children and families we work with. Provide skills training services and/or behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families both in home and clinic settings. Maintain accurate records of sessions including session notes and data collection. Provide feedback to parents/caregivers under the direction of the BCBA/LBA. Collaborate with other technicians and clinical staff in the agency, as well as schools and other therapies the client receives. Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the BCBA/LBA, seeking additional support and supervision from the clinical team as needed. Participate in ongoing trainings and supervision. Meet all training and certification requirements. Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days of employment. Physical Demands Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets). Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities. Must be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.). Paid initial and ongoing trainings on various clinical topics.
