Job Description
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic.

We are growing and looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBTs who are passionate about helping children with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy.

Position Responsibilities:
•Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
•Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
•Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
•Collect and record behavioral data accurately
•Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
•Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule:
•We are seeking availability Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements
•Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
•Reliable transportation required
•Strong communication and professionalism required
•Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
•Ability to pass required background checks
