About the Role

As an Implementation Owner, you own customer outcomes, not just a successful implementation, but the realized value each customer set out to achieve when they chose Integral. You are the person accountable for whether that outcome happens.

As an Implementation Owner, you'll be dedicated to one of Integral's strategic accounts, a fast-paced, high-visibility engagement where priorities evolve quickly and scope is often undefined at the outset. You'll own outcomes across the account's engagements, guiding the customer from kickoff to a successful, value-generating delivery. You'll take genuine accountability for the customer's success with the support of cross-functional team members and SMEs. You're energized by ambiguity: when the path isn't mapped, you ask the right questions, bring clarity to scope quickly and confidently, and know when to pull in help.

This role sits at the center of Integral's customer experience. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, Core Engineering, and Sales to make sure customers get maximum value from the platform — and you'll join at a pivotal moment as we scale our customer base.

What You'll Own

The outcomes you are accountable for:

• The successful, on-time delivery of your assigned implementations
• Time-to-first-value for your customers 
• Adoption and value realization measured against each customer's stated goals
• The health and satisfaction of the workflows in your portfolio

How You'll Do It

• Serve as the primary point of contact 
• Rapidly turn ambiguous or evolving customer asks into clearly defined scope, priorities, and next steps, and align stakeholders around them
• Run implementation projects - define timelines, coordinate workstreams, and drive milestones to completion
• Translate customer requirements - including privacy, compliance, and data infrastructure needs - into actionable implementation plans
• Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical delivery while keeping the customer's outcome in view
• Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and help develop mitigation plans
• Capture customer feedback and surface it to Product and Engineering
• Build trusted working relationships with cross functional teams and project stakeholders
• Follow and help refine the team's implementation playbooks

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation, engagement management, technical account management, customer success, or consulting
• Ability to move from ambiguity to clarity of scope quickly and confidently. You frame the problem, define what's in and out, and drive alignment, while knowing when to ask for guidance
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage shifting priorities on a high-visibility, strategic account
• Comfortable with a defined amount of ambiguity - you make progress when the path isn't fully mapped and know when to ask for guidance
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and keep multiple workstreams on track
• Strong customer-facing skills; you build trust and credibility naturally
• Bias to action - you find a way forward and follow through
• Able to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Demonstrate ability in leveraging AI to building automations to streamline your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

• SaaS experience, particularly in healthcare technology
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data infrastructure, or data labeling
• Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries

Expected Salary Range / Equity: (NYC - $100k – $140k • Equity)
