Location: Henderson, NV Compensation: $50,000 per year (salary) Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage inventory accuracy, organization, and staff performance at our Henderson, NV facility. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and comfortable leading a small team while maintaining efficient inventory flow and warehouse safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety procedures Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency Communicate with purchasing, sales, and management regarding inventory needs Resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues Requirements 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and punctuality #J-18808-Ljbffr Employnet
