In many ways, you’ll be the voice of our business! This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack. Duties And Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text. Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications. Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics. Physical Demands This role involves sitting for long periods, using your hands, and communicating frequently.
