Coordinateur/Directeur Régional Conservation Justice, organisation engagée dans la protection de la faune et de la flore en Afrique centrale, recherche un(e) Coordinateur/Directeur Régional afin d’assurer le développement, le suivi et la gestion de ses activités. Profil recherché Avoir une formation universitaire et au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans l’application de la loi et la conservation des ressources naturelles en Afrique centrale, notamment dans la lutte contre le trafic de faune et de flore. Justifier d’une expérience significative dans le secteur associatif, avec un fort engagement et un haut niveau de responsabilité. Maîtriser la gestion du personnel, des finances et de l’administration, avec une capacité avérée à mobiliser des financements et à entretenir des relations internationales. Parler couramment le français et l’anglais ; la connaissance d’une troisième langue (allemand, espagnol, portugais, italien ou chinois) est un atout. Intégrer Conservation Justice, C’est : Contribuer à la préservation des écosystèmes d’Afrique centrale. Participer activement à la lutte contre le trafic illégal de faune et flore. Travailler dans un environnement dynamique, où l’engagement citoyen et la gestion des projets internationaux sont valorisés.
