Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Supply Chain Team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will work with a team of 2other Customer Service Professionals at our South Charlotte location (About 3-4 miles from Carowinds) This is a Hybrid position #LI-Hybrid Working 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home. Customer Interaction You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests through phone, email, or chat. Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate accountability in completing assigned tasks. Resolve customer issues efficiently and in alignment with company policy. Provide accurate, timely information on products, services, availability, and order status. Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customer groups. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal departments, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions to reduce customer friction and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Share relevant customer insights with other departments to help drive process improvements and customer-centric strategies. Participate in regular interdepartmental meetings to align service goals with broader operational objectives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Assist in documenting procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge base. Encourage a culture of learning by promoting knowledge sharing and upskilling opportunities within the team To succeed, you will need 2+ years in customer service Experience working in SAP Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
