Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs. Provide brief, focused therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing specific presenting issues. Monitor clients’ progress through ongoing meetings and ensure services align with treatment goals. Facilitate crisis intervention efforts when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies during critical moments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and share critical client information among healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, upholding ethical guidelines in clinical practice. Participate actively in quality improvement committees, contributing to the betterment of agency services. Maintain detailed documentation of client encounters and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and facilitate effective communication. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on clients facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, linking them to vital support services that empower them to achieve recovery and resilience. A key element of this role is to cultivate trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe therapeutic space for them to express their feelings and experiences. Qualifications A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a valid LCSW license. Exceptional knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enhancing interaction with clients and team members. Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively. Competence in addressing age-related and specialty issues pertinent to the populations served. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness. Experience in a community health or mental health setting is a strong advantage. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and remote counseling practices is preferred. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
