Job Description Job Description Sales Manager Worcester, MA | Hybrid Remote | Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives for a growing industrial manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling industrial components, bearings, machined parts, metal stampings, or precision-engineered products and excels at building long-term customer partnerships while leading business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales leader who enjoys identifying new market opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
