Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Schedule

Typical business hours: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Assignment Details

Call: 2 shifts of call during contract; Weekend coverage as needed: every other or every third weekend

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Interventional Radiology experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• EPIC experience preferred
• Clinical skills: Circulating and scrubbing for IR procedures, dysrhythmia recognition/management, Swan-Ganz/PA line monitoring, lines, drains, ports, embolization

Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide appropriate interventions.
• Ensure the sterile environment in the procedure rooms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately in the charting system.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Compliance / Notes

Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); Strict credentialing and fingerprinting required after booking.
