Infusion RN
Schedule
4x10 day shifts (07:00-17:30), every other weekend and holiday required.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years RN experience.
Active state RN or compact license accepted.
BLS certification required.
ONS chemotherapy certification required.
EPIC experience required.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for patients undergoing infusion and chemotherapy.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and potential side effects.
Document patient care activities in the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance / Notes
Parking details will be provided. Max 10 days of requested time off allowed per contract; no RTO allowed during initial weeks. Attendance policy includes termination for multiple call-offs.
