Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
National industrial distribution company in Addison, IL
Full time in the office, not remote. This is not a call center. There are three CSR's at this location. In any given day you might get 10-20 emails and/or 10-20 inbound phone calls. You also have walk-in customers at the will-call
Each call/email takes time to research. You also enter orders and support outside sales people.
We provide training on our proprietary software and our industry.
Requirements to be considered include a solid job history, customer service experience, and strong technical skills - experience using Excel and other Microsoft office products - Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5pm
Starting salary range - $22/hour - $30/hour, negotiable depending on experience. Excellent benefits offered include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid personal time and a matching 401k.
