Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on an impactful role as a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year! This is an onsite, full-time contract position, serving a diverse caseload of K-12 students.

You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and staff to help up to 30 students access their education more fully. This is your opportunity to build meaningful relationships, foster student independence, and implement evidence-based interventions in a thriving school community.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure/certification for Washington
• Fingerprinted with the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
• Experience working within school settings, especially with K-12 populations
• Strong assessment, therapeutic, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication for effective collaboration
• Commitment to student-centered care and empowerment

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ abilities, needs, and goals within the school context
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote inclusion
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements
• Support students through direct therapy sessions and consultative services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
