Residential Outside Sales Representative

Residential Door to Door Sales Representative role is a residential sales position requiring door‑to‑door sales; candidates must live in the Phoenix, AZ area. Sign‑on Bonus: $2000 for eligible external candidates and $1000 for eligible internal candidates, paid in two installments: first after 90 days of continuous employment, second after 180 days. What You’ll Do As a Territory Sales Representative, you will generate new leads, sales, and upgrades, becoming skilled at sales prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, and door‑to‑door canvassing and networking within an assigned territory. You will sell Cox data, video, and mobile services to residential customers while managing the territory. You will create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations and manage all touchpoints from assessing residential customers’ needs to closing the sale. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with homeowner associations, multi‑dwelling unit managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders to generate sales. Assist with training new hires, collaborate with other departments, and partner with leadership to identify new growth approaches. Work a shift that includes evening and weekend hours to maximize customer contact opportunities. Maintain the highest ethical standards, follow company policy, and represent the company professionally, taking ownership of the customer experience. Compensation Target annual compensation of $65,496, based on a base salary of at least $33,000 and a target commission of $2,708 per month. Total compensation may vary based on location, experience, and achievement of sales targets. Potential earnings can exceed $84,701 annually as a high performer. Two‑month ramp‑up period with full commission. Salary range: $27,500.00 – $41,300.00 per year; eligible for annual incentive/commission target of $32,496.00. Requirements Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma, GED, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a smartphone, iPad, and a computer. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to walk 1 or more miles per day and navigate stairs. Must be able to carry an iPad with case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5+ hours per day. Preferred : Knowledge of local market and established local contacts. 1+ year of outside/field sales/door‑to‑door or related experience with quota. Experience in residential direct sales, home security or telecommunications industry.
