Join a growing manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician I ! In this role, you'll help keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Install, repair, and replace machinery components as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including minor plumbing, painting, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors when required.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work overtime and respond to call-ins as needed.

Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to identify changes in equipment sounds and operation.
• Must be able to work overtime and mandatory call-ins when required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience .
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Cutting and welding skills required.
• Basic electrical repair knowledge required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, industrial hydraulics, and plant maintenance systems is a plus.
• Formal mechanical training or welding certification is preferred.
