Internship OpportunitiesWe are looking for college students (rising Juniors and Seniors) seeking internships for the summer of 2027 in Boston. This internship will provide advance consideration for Shawmut's CMST program after graduation. The ability to build strong relationships is key for our Construction Operations and Field Operations internships. Typical responsibilities include managing submittals and RFIs, tracking procurement and change order documentation and assisting in project close out.As an Estimating intern you will work with our Estimating and Preconstruction team to develop estimates and budgets for our clients. You will work with subcontractors to ensure pricing and coverage for our projects, assist in scope writing on a variety of trades and attend bid reviews with our internal partners.As a Field intern, you will work closely with a seasoned Superintendent on one of our local job sites.
