Direct Support Professional (DSP)April House/Porter's Bay #5 - 2nd shift – Loris, SC

Full-Time | Approximately 35 Hours Per Week
$15.62 Per Hour +$500 Sign-On Bonus

$500 Sign-On Bonus

• $250 after 45 days of employment
• $250 after 90 days of employment

Work Schedule Week 1

• Sunday - OFF
• Monday – 2 pm - 8:30 pm
• Tuesday – 2 pm - 7 pm
• Wednesday – 2 pm - 11:30 pm
• Thursday – 2 pm - 7 pm
• Friday – 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm
• Saturday - OFF

Week 2

• Sunday - off
• Monday - OFF
• Tuesday - 1 pm - 10:30 pm
• Wednesday - 1 pm - 11:30 pm
• Thursday - 2 pm - 7 pm
• Friday - 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm
• Saturday - OFF

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals:

✅ Live as independently as possible

✅ Participate in community activities and events

✅ Learn and strengthen daily living skills

✅ Prepare meals and maintain their home

✅ Attend appointments and activities

✅ Meet personal goals and build confidence

✅ Maintain their health, safety, and well-being

You'll also assist with documentation and help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience)
• Valid South Carolina Driver's License
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
• Ability to complete all required training and certifications
