Finish Carpenter

We work on both residential and commercial projects, collaborating with clients, supervisors, architects, subcontractors, and project managers daily. We’re seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team! You’ll be responsible for intricate interior and exterior details that require a precise, artistic touch. If you’re passionate about woodwork quality and enjoy creating beautiful, lasting solutions, we want to hear from you. Install doors, windows, cabinets, baseboards, trim, molding, stairs, and other finishing elements with high accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools. Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Conduct site inspections, ensure final products meet company and industry standards, and complete touch-up work as needed. Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Travel to job sites within the designated area. Have a broad range of skills. Have tools available. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or finish carpentry. Proficiency using carpentry tools and equipment; must bring own tools. Excellent attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to travel to local job sites. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Reliable and punctual; able to work 8-10‑hour day shifts. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed. Preferred Qualifications Certification in carpentry or related construction field. OSHA safety certification. Experience with both residential and commercial projects. Knowledge of sustainable or green building practices.
