Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Charge RN references within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a traveler employee of this health system in the past 6 months.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Fire Safety, Laser Safety, and Radiation Safety is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Cell saver and Administration of blood & blood products is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Infection control, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, and Wound Management is required.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
