I’m working with a highly respected, fast-growing regional CPA firm that is expanding its SALT practice and looking to add a Tax Partner (SALT) to the team. This is a rare direct-entry partner opportunity with strong earnings potential and real work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
Lead complex SALT engagements (income, franchise, sales & use)
Advise clients on multi-state tax strategy
Represent clients before taxing authorities
Drive business development and expand SALT practice
Mentor and lead high-performing teams
What You Bring
10–15 years in public accounting
Deep expertise in California SALT
Strong book of business or proven business development success
CPA or JD required
