We are looking for an organized and motivated International Operations Coordinator who shares this commitment to excellence and will play an important role in supporting international import shipments from origin through final delivery, ensuring our clients receive the reliable and efficient service they have come to expect from Traffic Tech.What the Job Entails:Coordinate air and ocean import shipmentsCommunicate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and trucking companiesTrack shipments and provide timely status updatesReview and organize shipping documentsAssist with customs clearance and delivery coordinationEnter shipment information and maintain accurate filesHelp resolve shipment delays or operational issuesPrepare billing and review shipment costsProvide strong customer service and support the operations teamWhat We Are Looking For:Strong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to learn international shipping and logisticsBasic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skillsPrevious office, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience is a plusNo freight forwarding experience required; training will be providedWhat We Offer:Robust industry with training and mentorshipFull Benefit options, including Medical (Dental & Vision)Life/AD&D Insurance, Long-term Disability401(k) matchingDynamic environment and 'can-do' cultureAdd depending on office perksThis is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
