Job Full Description Job Title: Assembler
Job Description: A leading cable manufacturer in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join the manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical and cable components according to specifications and work orders
Perform prep work such as cutting, labeling, and stocking materials
Ensure all parts and materials are correctly prepared for assembly
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
Ability to work with hand tools and small components
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
