Sushi experience is beneficial, but we will consider any exceptional candidate. We are looking for a charismatic individual with a passion for food who is eager to expand their knowledge of Japanese cuisine, beverages, and culture. The ability to learn quickly and deliver a highly professional level of service in a fast-paced environment is essential. Qualifications: Full availability and flexibility of schedule; we do not consider candidates with other current or upcoming obligations (school, second job, etc.) and do not hire seasonal/summer-only servers.
