Contract Paralegal

A legal department located in Audubon, PA seeks a long-term Contract Paralegal. The Paralegal will help with: Preparing documents, exhibits, reports, and case filings Conduct legal research Draft, process, update, and file tariff related agreements Draft and process service agreements The successful Paralegal must have filing experience, be detail oriented, tech savvy, and able to work in a high volume/high paced environment. Energy/utility experience is a plus. Must have regulatory or compliance background. The position will be mostly remote but does require some onsite meetings.
